Olive Oil
A tradition cultivated with care, drop by drop
Our olive oil is not just a product — it’s a story of passion, patience, and deep respect for the land. From the centuries-old trees that line our fields to the ancient stone mills still used in part of the process, every element of our production follows a rhythm as old as Tuscany itself.

Harvested by hand and cold-pressed within hours, our extra virgin olive oil is rich in flavor, low in acidity, and golden in color. It carries notes of artichoke, fresh grass, and a hint of spice a pure expression of the Chianti terroir. Behind every bottle is a landscape of sun-drenched hills, dry stone walls, and olive groves swaying in the wind. It is a product that nourishes body and soul, and reflects the authenticity of the place it comes from.
“Our olive oil is not just tasted — it is felt. It speaks of sun, soil, and time well spent.”
More than a product a legacy of the land
The entire process is carried out with natural methods and low environmental impact. We don’t chase quantity. We chase essence. Every harvest yields a limited amount of oil precious, unfiltered, full of character. Whether used raw on fresh bread, in salads, or drizzled over grilled vegetables, our olive oil elevates every dish it touches. It’s the kind of flavor that stays with you subtle yet unforgettable.

Olive Oil Production
Traditional Tuscan flavors
The harvest begins in early November, when the olives are at their best balance of ripeness and acidity. Every morning, small teams of family and friends comb the trees with care, gathering the fruit in large nets laid beneath the branches. It's a time of joy, community, and respect followed by the silent alchemy of pressing.
The result? A product that doesn’t just season food it tells a story.
Flavors of the Tuscan countryside
Every drop of our olive oil reflects the complexity of the land: stony soil, cool nights, generous light. The flavors are fresh, grassy, slightly peppery perfect with Tuscan bread, pecorino cheese, or grilled meats. We believe great olive oil is born from balance: between sun and rain, tradition and innovation, strength and elegance.
“It’s not just olive oil. It’s Chianti in liquid form.”
Our olive oil is available for tasting and purchase directly on site. Guests are welcome to visit the olive groves, learn more about the process, and even take part in the harvest during the autumn season. We also organize tasting sessions paired with seasonal dishes and local wines.
From our trees to your table, with love
Every bottle of our olive oil is the result of care, time, and connection with the earth. We’re proud to share it with those who appreciate not only quality but meaning. Taste the land. Feel the tradition. And take home a piece of Chianti you’ll never forget.
